We pick a few of our favourite things to see, eat and do in Barbados.

SALT CAFÉ

Located on the island’s south coast, Salt Café offers what it calls “hand crafted comfort food”. Not only can you grab drinks and coffee, but lunch and dinner there have received rave reviews.

HUGO’S RESTAURANT

Hugo’s Restaurant, located on Speightstown’s beachfront, serves up fresh Caribbean cuisine with an international flair. Not only does the food delight the palate, but the restaurant itself has a special touch as it houses historic items from the Ivy restaurant in London and the late Lord Glenconner’s home in Mustique.
